- Multiple program switcher kit (V4 & V5)
This is a full standalone kit consisting of a daughterboard, an AMD chip (512kb) and a remote switching unit. Sixteen different programs can be stored on the chip. The program in use can be switched on the fly.
Programs based on the V4 and V5 program designs are included. The V4 changes only the boost control; both the maximum boost and the speed of boost delivery are increased. There are three boost profiles; the Kilimanjaro with a maximum boost of 0.8bar, the Everest with a maximum boost of 0.9bar and the Elysium with a maximum boost of 0.95bar. The V5 programs include optimisations to the fuel enrichment on boost to enhance the power further, the same boost profiles (Kilimanjaro, Everest and Elysium) are included. I would strongly suggest that you consider using the V5 programs only after successful use of the V4 settings and if you are technically able to determine the car's suitability for it, both in terms of general condition and the ability to recognise and remove any previous upgrades that are incompatible with it. The richer mixture employed by the V4 (copied from the original Lotus/Isuzu PROM) offers a safety margin that is eroded in the V5 programs to realise more power. The stock program and reduced power 'garage' mode are also included.
The V5 package is as follows:
0. Garage mode 1499 (0.4bar maximum boost)
1. Stock 1499 (as Lotus released)
2. Kilimanjaro 1499 V4 (0.8 bar maximum boost)
3. Everest 1499 V4 (0.9 bar maximum boost)
4. Elysium 1499 V4 (0.95 bar maximum boost)
5. Kilimanjaro 1499 V5 (0.8 bar maximum boost)
6. Everest 1499 V5 (0.9 bar maximum boost)
7. Elysium 1499 V5 (0.95 bar maximum boost)
8. Garage mode 1499 (0.4bar maximum boost)
9. Stock 1499 (as Lotus released)
A. Kilimanjaro 1499 V4 (0.8 bar maximum boost)
B. Everest 1499 V4 (0.9 bar maximum boost)
C. Elysium 1499 V4 (0.95 bar maximum boost)
